	How do you establish your fees? Once we select the network surveyors that will be hired to perform the work, we present a "Not to Exceed" fee to our client. This fee includes the network surveyors' fee, our fee to manage and perform graphic reviews of all surveys ordered, and all other costs associated with getting copies of each survey to all parties involved in the transaction. With our "not to exceed" quote, our client knows the "bottom line" before the survey project commences. There are no hidden charges, add-on expenses, or surprises in our fees once the project has been completed.
